Why it matters
Your Reputation Lives Far Beyond Your Website.
Customers, partners, investors and future hires all do the same thing before they decide: they search your name and read what others say.
The search moment
The first page of results for your brand name works like a shop window — often seen before your own site.
Scattered signals
Ratings, threads, comments and articles live on dozens of platforms you don't control — and rarely tell one consistent story.
Small issues travel
An unanswered complaint or a misleading thread can rank, get screenshotted and spread long after the issue is fixed.
Trust decides
Whether it's a sign-up, a deal or a job offer, people choose the brand that looks reliable when they check.

How we work
Reputation Built on Facts. Never on Shortcuts.
Shortcuts get found out — and they make a reputation problem worse. These lines apply to every engagement.
What we do
- Respond openly and professionally, including to criticism
- Report content that breaks a platform's rules, through official channels
- Strengthen accurate, owned and earned content
- Share insights with the teams who can fix root causes
What we never do
- Fake reviews, fake accounts or bots
- Incentivised reviews or fabricated testimonials
- Pressure or intimidate genuine reviewers
- Promise removals or guaranteed outcomes

Questions, Answered.
01What is Digital ORM?
Digital Online Reputation Management is the ongoing work of monitoring, protecting and strengthening how your brand appears online — across Google, Google Business Profile, social platforms, review sites, communities and marketplaces.
It combines audits, monitoring, review and response management, branded search work and clear monthly reporting.
02How is it different from App Reputation Management?
App Reputation Management focuses on ratings, reviews and sentiment inside Google Play and the Apple App Store. Digital ORM covers everything outside the stores: search results, business listings, social conversations, review platforms and communities.
Many app brands run both, so ratings, search and social tell the same story.
03Can you remove negative reviews or search results?
We don't promise removals. Genuine reviews — positive or negative — stay. Where content clearly breaks a platform's rules, such as spam, impersonation or abusive content, we report it through that platform's official channels; the platform makes the decision.
The lasting fix is responding well, correcting inaccuracies and strengthening accurate, owned and earned content.
04Which platforms do you cover?
Depending on your business: Google Search and Google News, Google Business Profile, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X and LinkedIn, Reddit and Quora, review platforms such as Trustpilot, Glassdoor and Tripadvisor, and marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
The final mix is agreed during onboarding, based on where your audience searches and talks.
05How long does it take to see a difference?
Responses and profile improvements can show quickly, while search results and overall sentiment usually shift over months. It depends on your starting point, the platforms involved, content volume and scope.
Objectives are agreed up front and progress is reported monthly. Outcomes aren't guaranteed.
06How is Digital ORM priced?
It's scoped to your brand: the platforms in scope, monitoring depth, response volume, content requirements and reporting needs. Share your situation and we'll recommend a scope and send a proposal.
